Commercial properties, such as Schools and Hospitals as well as Industrial properties, such as Warehouses and Compost facilities often require more complex planning when it comes to insulation and coatings. These properties are often concerned with LEED ratings, or Sound Tranfer Class (STC) ratings as well as the over all comfort associated with Spray Foam Insulations and Coatings. We are very well versed in all matters Commercially and Industrially when it comes to Foam and Coatings. Please feel free to call us with any questions at: 866-401-3626

Development of two-component polyurethane and polyurea spray elastomers took place in the 1990s.
Their fast reactivity and relative insensitivity to moisture make them useful coatings for large surface area projects, such as secondary containment, manhole and tunnel coatings, tank liners, bridge lining and as truck bed liners. Excellent adhesion to concrete and steel is obtained with the proper primer and surface treatment. Some polyureas reach strengths of 6000psi (40MPa) tensile and over 500% elongation making it a tough coating. The quick cure time allows many coats to be built up quickly.

The specialized and detailed systems we offer require Skyline to keep up to date with the best products and advanced applications in the industry. We are confident that the best way to properly service our market and clients is to partner with the industry’s leading manufacturers and solely focus on the applications of premium, energy-reducing, spray-applied systems. Our process starts with a well-structured program for developing a thorough understanding of the needs of our clients. This allows us to design and install the most efficient and effective systems possible.

When it comes to flat, low-slope and metal roofs, our primary focus is to restore what is currently in place with a couple of different systems:  fluid-applied coatings and Spray polyurethane foam (SPF). Both offer many advantages over traditional roofing systems, including seamless and fully-adhered application, improved energy efficiency and return on investment (ROI), and little to no down time or disruption to the occupant. Our systems are sustainable, qualify for LEED points and often require no tear-off.
